2. Non-Refundable Products and Fees

• Dedicated servers or custom hardware allocations.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under our guarantee, you must submit a ticket to our Billing Team via the Client Area at https://my.securawebhosting.com within the 30-day window. Please outline your invoice details and reason for cancellation so we can evaluate your feedback.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (UPI, netbanking, or credit card) within 5–7 business days of authorization by our Billing Team.
