1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the hosting services, servers, and domain products provided by Secura Web Hosting, you signify that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from utilizing our network.

2. Account Obligations

You must maintain accurate, current billing information within our client area database. You are solely responsible for maintaining account credential safety and managing any hosting modifications authorized under your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Hosting space is allocated for standard website files, database entries, and email storage. System structures must not be used to distribute malware, host pirated content (warez), send unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM), or trigger network attacks. Server resource loops are monitored continuously.

4. Domain Registrations and Renewals

Domain registration fees are paid to registry operators and are non-refundable once registered. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure domains are renewed before expiration to avoid authority redemption penalties.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee a 99.9% uptime SLA, Secura Web Hosting is not liable for data loss, server interruption, or business damages resulting from infrastructure failures. Regular client-side backups are strongly recommended.

6. Modifications

Secura Web Hosting reserves the right to modify pricing matrices, TLD registries, and these Terms of Service at any time. Active users will be notified via email of significant updates.
