1. Introduction and Scope

These Universal Terms of Service represent a binding contract between Secura Web Data Labs Pvt. Ltd. (the parent company of Secura Web Hosting) and any person accessing our domains, server spaces, billing nodes, or antivirus software platforms. Your use of this site signifies that you agree to be bound by these Universal Terms.

2. Compliance with Local Laws

All clients must comply with the Information Technology Act (India) and local regulations governing digital publications, database security, and intellectual property. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing our network for illegal data routing.

3. Service Delivery & Server Maintenance

We deploy resources dynamically in accordance with purchased packages. Maintenance routines are scheduled during off-peak hours (usually 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM IST) and announced via client dashboard logs whenever possible.

4. Data Protection

Secura implements network firewalls and database access restrictions. However, data transmitted over network gateways is subject to general security risks. Clients must maintain local backups of their websites, code libraries, and database assets.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This master agreement and all transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from services or compliance audits will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
